A Royal Distinction
The Royal Warrant (Hofleverancier) is a royal distinction awarded to Dutch companies with an exceptionally long and reliable track record. It stands for craftsmanship, continuity and trust.
We received this distinction in recognition of generations of entrepreneurship, sustainable quality and a strong reputation in the construction industry. The Royal Warrant logo underscores our responsibility to live up to our promises every day: high-quality craftsmanship, with respect for tradition and a clear vision for the future.
Bouter Bouw 100 Years
On April 1, 2022, Bouter Bouw celebrated its 100th anniversary, a festive day shared with family, colleagues, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
During the celebration, Hans Bouter presented a cheque to Alderman Fleur Spijker (Sustainable Urban Development, Spatial Planning and Housing). The cheque, valued at €12.000,00 was donated to support the children of refugees currently staying along Schipholweg in Leiden. Thanks to this contribution, a small cinema space was created for the children, among other initiatives. This special donation was made possible by the generous contributions of all our partners and relations.
To mark the anniversary, we also created a digital magazine filled with stories from past and present, complemented by images of the family, the Bouter team and our clients.
CO2 Performance Ladder
Because many of our projects increasingly seek sustainable solutions, we believe it’s important to be involved in a sustainable world. Every year, we benchmark our activities and objectives against the criteria of our Energy Management Program. This objective focuses primarily on reducing CO2 emissions. Our CO2 reduction progress is monitored several times a year to ensure it still meets our targets. Because we are determined to adhere to the CO2 performance ladder, we have drawn up a declaration of intent for this purpose.
